Qualifications & Requirements for KMA Jobs 2024

• General Requirements:
  • Must be a Kenyan citizen with a valid National ID, Passport, or Driver’s license.
  • Minimum of a D+ mean grade in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
  • Clearance certificates as specified in Chapter Six of the Kenyan Constitution.

• Specific Position Requirements:
  • Office Assistants: Proficiency in English and Kiswahili, a diploma or equivalent, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Office Administrators: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent, KNEC examination passes, a supervisory course, minimum three years’ work experience, and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Drivers: Valid driving license for any vehicle class, Occupational Trade Test II certificate, First Aid Certificate, and over three years’ driving experience.
