Requirements for NIWA Recruitment 2024
To apply for a position at NIWA, you must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 45.
- For junior staff positions: A Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate with at least three credits and a pass in English Language, obtained in no more than two sittings (WAEC or NECO).
- For senior staff positions: An honors degree (Second Class or higher) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A discharge or exemption certificate from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is required.
- Must not have any criminal records.
- A reliable referee is required.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Must be certified as physically and mentally fit by a recognized medical practitioner.
- Must possess a minimum of a trade test or a valid driving license.
