Requirements for IOM Recruitment 2024
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Identification: National ID or passport.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum KCSE Grade: D+ or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of four years in a relevant field.
- Optional: Leadership course lasting at least four weeks from a recognized institution.
- Professional Membership: Registered with a relevant professional body.
- Criminal Record: Clean criminal record.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, analytical abilities, communication, strategic and innovative thinking, interpersonal skills, resource mobilization, and negotiation.
- Additional Documents: Tax Compliance Certificate (Kenya Revenue Authority), HELB Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Good Conduct (Criminal Investigations Department), CRB Report, and a completed Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission self-declaration form.
